There’s no better way to celebrate Easter than cinnamon, clove and spice deliciousness of freshly baked Hot Cross Buns, baked by Chef Norman Heath and his team.
Spoil the family with our Easter Sunday Lunch Buffet and enjoy a surprise appearance by the Easter Bunny.
The menus is R425 per adult. Kids under 12 at half price and kids under 5 eat with our compliments.
The extensive menu will feature a build you own salad which includes all the favorites plus mixed nuts, roast seeds and a selection of mixed dry fruit.
Starters include everything from local specialties such as pickled fish to Franschhoek salmon trout in a fennel cream, cucumber and watercress sauce.
Mains feature the favorites such as Cape Malay chicken and prawn curry, grilled line fish and a venison stew. There’s also a carvery with pork loin and roast leg of lamb.
Enjoy hot cross buns with a twist for dessert, eggnog brûlée with amoretti crumbs or even a gin and tonic cheese cake with candied lime.
