Inkosi Sbonelo N Mkhize, Chairman of Ithala SOC Limited and Dr. Thulani Vilakazi, the CEO of Ithala Soc Limited, members of the Ithala Soc Ltd Board and EXCO leadership, join South Africa in mourning the untimely passing away of the Regent of the Zulu Nation, Queen Shiyiwe Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu.
With deep sorrow, we extend sincere condolences to the Royal Family and the Zulu nation during this difficult time of bereavement.
We also wish to commiserate with Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, traditional prime minister to the Zulu monarch, and KwaZulu-Natal Premier, Sihle Zikalala.
The loss of Her Majesty is made all the more painful following that of King Goodwill Zwelithini ka Bhekuzulu on 12 March 2021.
For more than four decades, Her Majesty’s duties as consort to the King of the Zulu nation established a strong reputation in the Zulu kingdom.
May the soul of Her Majesty, through the grace of God, rest and rise in peace. Bayede!
