Transformation and Inclusion maybe the fastest way to Develop Africa.:
Africa has been on the back foot for a while, even after Independence, our continent still struggles.
Africa is slow in development but rich in resources, while other continents are drawn to Africa as an investment hub, their resources do not really help in strengthening African economies and developing the overall continent.
Africa has been reliant on other countries worldwide for far too long. As a continent we should focus on building and maintaining fruitful relationships to help empower our people to strengthen our African economy.
The time is now for Africa to begin the process of channeling its resources to boost the African economy through transformation and inclusion. It is vital for Africa to unite and focus on empowering each other as a collective by making resources easily accessible without targeting specific groups.
The systems created to oppress and divide our people should be redesigned to recover a sense of unity. It is imperative to come together for the greater good of our continent if we want to build a better Africa.
Leadership is a vital part of transformation and inclusion, we need to appoint leaders who are relatable even to the most disadvantaged group of people, leaders that are really interested in empowering the people of Africa. African leaders need to quickly learn that leadership is ever changing and that their methods need to adapt to the ever-changing climate of leadership.
Africa is the home of diversity and yet inclusion is a concept we struggle to grasp. Africa is made up of different people, different cultures, different experiences, and different backgrounds, we need to start developing ways to use these differences to our benefit. I believe that its time that the people of Africa start learning from other African people. We need to stop allowing African boarders to limit the growth of our people. It is time we looked across our African boarders and learned as much as we can from each other. Africa belongs to its people and not the foreign investors.
The sooner we start investing in our own transformation and inclusion, the sooner we will realise that there are no limits and that is the beauty of this whole concept. We should never look to our leaders when it comes to creating environments and safe spaces for development on our continent.
In this way, the possibilities of building a continent that caters to the needs and interests of people in Africa are endless. Its time we put the power in the hands of our own people, by doing this everyone will have a say, and everyone will have the responsibility to drive development not just for the sake of their country but for the continent at large.
