Zwide based Nkqubela Community Radio Station. Nkqubela Radio broadcasts in Port Elizabeth as well as Uitenhage and has a mix of 70% talk and 30% music. The station deals with aspects such as labour; social issues; as well as cultural and religious values and beliefs. Nkqubela Radio broadcasts in Xhosa; Afrikaans; and English. KQFM 97.0

Algoa FM broadcasts from the Garden Route to the Wild Coast. The on-air product is lifestyle focused towards adults who enjoy good music, good living and indulge in quality life experiences.
In addition to good music; the station brings global, national and local news and gossip, sport, local traffic and weather extending across our footprint. We’ve been broadcasting in the Eastern Cape since 1 January 1986 and in the Garden Route since December 2011; including Knysna, George and Mossel Bay.

THE BROADCAST AREA MAP
Our broadcast footprint stretches across the Eastern Cape. During the week between 15h00pm – 19h00pm we split our transmitter between The Fastlane with Wayne Hart and Lauren Mungur and the Border Drive with Gordon Graham. The Border Drive (BRFM) transmitter split takes Algoa FM into the Border region (East London through King William’s Town, Queenstown and up to Aliwal North) with the Border Drive, and the Fastlane is broadcasted to the rest of the broadcast area.
